## Need a property shot this week?

Send the address and what you need. Most instructions are photographed within the week.

## What a shoot includes

Interior and exterior photographs, flash-balanced so rooms look as bright as they feel, with straight verticals and level horizons. Skies are replaced where a grey day would let the property down. Aerials are added where the setting is the selling point, and everything is sized for the portals.

The floor plan and the EPC can be done on the same visit, and everything is delivered within 48 hours. Rates start at £95: see the [rate card](https://elliespencer.uk.com/property/rates/). Before the visit, send your vendor the [preparation checklist](https://elliespencer.uk.com/property/guides/preparing-a-property-for-photos/).
