The full package covers photography, a measured floor plan, an EPC lodged on the national register, and aerial imagery, all captured in one visit.

Assessment and lodgement, valid ten years.
Aerial only
CAA-certified, fully insured, permissions handled.

Laser measured on site, drawn to RICS conventions.
Volume rates are available for agencies booking four or more properties a month, invoiced monthly in arrears. Travel is included across the standard coverage area; anything further is quoted before booking. New agencies get the first property at half price.

Common questions
How quickly can you photograph a property?
You get a confirmed slot the same day you book, and most properties are shot within the week.
How quickly do you deliver?
Within 48 hours of the visit, as a download link ready for your listing software.
How is work invoiced?
Per property, with payment due within 14 days of the invoice date.
What if the property is not ready?
Substantial tidying or waiting on site is charged at £30 an hour. If I cannot get in, or the property is not ready to photograph, the full fee is charged as an aborted visit.
What is your cancellation policy?
No charge with more than 48 hours' notice. 25% of the fee between 24 and 48 hours. 100% inside 24 hours. A booking can be moved free of charge with at least 48 hours' notice.
