Using this website
You may use this site to look at my work, read about what I offer and get in touch. You may not:
- Use it for anything unlawful, or in a way that could damage or overload it
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to any server it sits on
- Copy, scrape or systematically extract material from it
- Send anything through the enquiry forms that is abusive, misleading or unlawful
I may withdraw or restrict access to the site at any time without notice.
Copyright in the photography and film
Every photograph, film, still and piece of written copy on this site is my work and remains my property. It is protected by copyright.
You may view it and share links to pages. You may not download, copy, reproduce, crop, edit, republish or use any of it for any purpose — commercial or otherwise — without my written permission. That includes reposting images to social media accounts, property portals or agency websites.
Clients receive a licence to use their own material as set out in the Booking Terms. Nothing on this page grants any licence beyond that.
The Ellie Spencer name, the ES monogram and the brand marks used here are mine and may not be used without permission.
Prices and information shown here
Prices on this site are starting prices, shown as a guide so you can judge whether I am in your range. They are not an offer and do not form a contract.
Your actual price depends on what you need, and you will receive a written quotation before anything is booked. A contract exists only once I have confirmed your booking in writing and any booking fee has been paid.
I try to keep everything here accurate and current, but I do not guarantee that the site is free of errors or that availability, turnaround times or prices shown are up to date at the moment you read them.
Enquiries you send me
Sending an enquiry does not reserve a date or create a booking. Dates are held only once confirmed in writing and the booking fee is paid.
Please do not send confidential or sensitive information through the enquiry forms.
Links to other websites
Where this site links elsewhere, those links are provided for convenience only. I have no control over other websites and accept no responsibility for their content or for what they do with your information.
My responsibility to you
This site is provided as it is. I do not promise it will always be available or free from errors or interruption.
I do not exclude or limit my liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Otherwise, and to the extent the law allows, I am not liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of anticipated savings arising from your use of this site.
